THE V.I.N.E for P.A.T MISSION STATEMENT.

      To provide a safe, caring environment for pregnant and abused female Teenagers under nineteen?s; who are in need through poverty or social exclusion.

      Make available life-skills training, support and counselling for the above.

      Provide temporary accommodation for our beneficiaries who are homeless, pregnant, or recovering from an abortion, miscarriage, or abuse.  

      A confidential Pregnancy Crisis Service will also be available.

      Young women will be made fully aware of all the options regarding their decision to continue with or terminate their pregnancy; allowing them to make informed decisions about their future.

      We enjoy working positively in partnership with other agencies to develop and deliver programs to best improve the education and life skills of the young women.

      We welcome all who are in need or socially excluded; regardless of ethnics, creed or orientation.

      To ensure pregnant teenagers have all the information on options available to them in a clear and concise module to allow them to make quality decisions regarding their futures.

The development of the teenagers characters & social skills

will enable them

to become proficient

in the areas that will enhance

their ability to deal with

 the responsibilities that accompany motherhood, maintaining accommodation

& future careers.

INFORMATION

An area will be created to allow  the young ladies to browse through the web for local and national organisations with similar objectives as V.I.N.E. for P.A.T. e.g. accommodation and lifeskills.

SHELTER

The Shelter will accommodate up to 10 young females at a time for up to 9 months.  Provididng a base in which to exercise and develop the training provided through the N.V.Q. 's. 

We are inviting Local organisations like Rotarians, Innerwheel, Churches, Mothers Union groups to adopt a room.

Many such groups want to help with the socially excluded or traumatized young people, but realize running an intuition or project on their own would be too difficult.
